Trust Staff definition

Trust Staff means the employees of the Trust that shall carry out the Health Functions element of the Service, as more particularly set out in Clause 8;

  • unit trust scheme means any arrangements made for the purpose, or having the effect, of providing for persons having funds available for investment, facilities for the participation by them, as beneficiaries under a trust, in profits or income arising from the acquisition, holding, management or disposal of any property whatsoever;

  • Liquidation Trust Agreement means the Liquidation Trust Agreement to be dated as of the Effective Date establishing the terms and conditions of the Liquidation Trust, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.

  • Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.

  • Other Trustees Means the trustees under the Other Agreements, and any successor or other trustee appointed as provided therein.

  • Original Trust Agreement has the meaning specified in the recitals to this Trust Agreement.

  • SUBI Trust Agreement means the Vehicle Trust Agreement as supplemented by that certain supplement, dated as of September 23, 2010, among the parties to the Vehicle Trust Agreement, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Business Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code Section 3801 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, or any successor legislation.
