Trustee Fee Cap definition

Trustee Fee Cap means, on any Payment Date, Trustee Fees and Expenses in an amount not exceeding0.04 per cent. per annum (payable in semi-annual instalments) of the Average Aggregate Collateral Balance on the Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date.
Trustee Fee Cap shall have the meaning set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.
Trustee Fee Cap means €45,000 per annum.

  • Trustee Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Stated Principal Balance with respect to such Distribution Date.
