TUPPERWARE Products. (a) The proprietary lines of plastic products for personal, family, household, commercial or industrial use, including food preparation and service products, food storage products, toys, cookware and housewares, manufactured by or for the Company, identified by the TUPPERWARE trademark or other trademarks the Company or its Affiliates own and marketed in whole or in part through our Franchised Tupperware Distributorships; and (b) other products for personal, family or household use marketed in whole or in part through our Franchised Tupperware Distributorships.

  • You agree to concentrate your promotional and distribution efforts, and to use your best efforts to distribute TUPPERWARE Products, within the Primary Area of Promotion using the home party plan and personal demonstrations.

If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Business Products means all products and service offerings of the Business that are or have been, in the two year period prior to the date hereof, made or are currently intended to be made commercially available or otherwise provided or distributed, or under development primarily for the Business, by, for or on behalf of Seller or any of its Affiliates.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • NEC means the National Electric Code.

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .
