Twin Home definition

Twin Home means a Building arranged or designed to have only two Dwelling Units under separate ownership by two Owners which has a common wall along a common Lot line.
Twin Home means a dwelling comprised of two single-family dwelling units on individual fee-ownership lots joined vertically by a party wall at the common property line with each unit having its own front and rear entrances, front and rear yards, and a side yard on one side of the lots.
Twin Home means any attached single-family home sharing a common wall with another home, and located on the Property.
