Type B AAA definition

Type B AAA means an AAA administered by a unit or combination of units of general purpose local government for overseeing Medicaid, financial and adult protective services, and regulatory programs for the elderly or the elderly and disabled.
Type B AAA has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000. “Type B Hospital” has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000. “Urban” has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-120-0000.
