Type On Call Services definition

Type On Call Services means the services forming part of the Direct Sales Services under which Xxxxx will register End Users for Type On Call Products and provide unlocking services to Registered End Users to allow them to unlock fonts within the Type On Call Product, in accordance with the Statement of Work;

Type On Call Services means the Services under which Sykes US, Sykes Europe or Sykes Asia will register their respective End Users for Type On Call Products and provide unlocking Services to their respective Registered End Users to allow them to unlock fonts within the Type On Call Product;

Type On Call Services means the Services under which Sykes US, Sykes Europe or Sykes Asia will register their respective End Users for Type On Call Products and provide unlocking Services to their respective Registered End Users to allow them to unlock fonts within the Type On Call Product; "Updates" shall mean updates, patches, bug fixes and/or workarounds which Adobe Benelux or Adobe Systems may from time to time make available in relation to Adobe Products (whether on the Internet or otherwise); "Verified" shall mean that the customer services number of the End User in question has been verified in accordance with mutually agreed upon procedures; "Working Day" shall mean each weekday (i.e. Monday through Friday inclusive) during the Contract Term other than Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and such weekend days (i.e. Saturday and Sunday) as the parties may agree in writing from time to time (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

Such services shall include but not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of the Card and Cardholder Funds, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Cardholder dispute resolution, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Subprocessors means third parties authorised under these Data Processing Terms to have logical access to and process Customer Personal Data in order to provide parts of the Processor Services and any related technical support.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
