Types of Space definition

Types of Space means the classification of the square footage attributable to the Airline Allocable Space in any given Fiscal Year for the purpose of establishing Category Terminal Rates, as set forth in Section 7.02.D.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans for the development of the Land and the Development or any part or parts thereof approved by the Building Authority in accordance with the Buildings Ordinance (Cap.123) and includes any approved amendments or modifications thereto from time to time;

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.
