UC License definition

UC License means a license agreement entered by AURORA and the Regents of the University of California ("UC") which shall be attached hereto as Addendum 2, based on that certain Letter Agreement dated March 4, 1996 between AURORA and UC, a copy of which is attached as Addendum 1.
