UK Mortgages definition

UK Mortgages each of (i) the Deed of Mortgage made by Big ------------ Batteries Limited in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders with respect to the real property located in Cwmbran, Wales and (ii) the Deed of Mortgage made by CMP Batteries Limited in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders with respect to the real property located in Hulton, England, and as each of the same may be further amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
UK Mortgages means the first priority cross-collateralized mortgages and the declarations of pledge or deeds of covenants (as applicable) collateral thereto to be executed and recorded by the UK Guarantor against each of the UK Vessels in its respective registry in favour of the Agent (on behalf of the Finance Parties) as security for the Borrower’s obligations under the Finance Documents, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent (on behalf of the Finance Parties)
UK Mortgages means each Mortgage delivered by a UK Loan Party.
