UK Transfer Date definition

UK Transfer Date means the earlier of (i) the date on which the UK Scheme becomes effective in accordance with its terms or (ii) the date on which all of the shares of FACL are transferred to GEFA UK Holdings Limited; and

Examples of UK Transfer Date in a sentence

  • Relevant Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction in which the Issuer is incorporated being (i) prior to the UK Transfer Date, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax and (ii) on and after the UK Transfer Date, the United Kingdom or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax.

  • Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Allowance transfer deadline means midnight of January 30 or, if January 30 is not a business day, midnight of the first business day thereafter and is the deadline by which allowances may be submitted for recordation in an affected unit’s compliance subaccount for the purposes of meeting the unit’s acid rain emissions limitation requirements for sulfur dioxide for the previous calendar year.
