Unaccompanied Guest definition

Unaccompanied Guest means a guest invited by a Member to stay at a Residence during the Exclusive Week(s) reserved to such Member while the inviting Member is not in residence. The inviting Member is responsible for any losses, expenses, fees or damages caused or incurred on behalf of his or her Unaccompanied Guest.
Unaccompanied Guest. , means the unaccompanied guest of a Residence Owner who occupies Residence Owner’s residence without payment of rent or other monetary consideration to Residence Owner.
