Examples of Unaffected Party in a sentence
Should the Event of Force Majeure continue for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of the notice referred to in paragraph18.3.2 and should notice of cessation in terms of paragraph 18.4 not have been given, then the Unaffected Party shall be entitled (but not obliged) to terminate this Agreement by giving not less than 14 (fourteen) days written notice to the Affected Party to that effect.
Any sum due and payable to the Unaffected Party under this clause 16 shall include any additional amount required to ensure that the Unaffected Party receives such monies net of any costs, losses, penalties, fines, taxes and damages which it may incur in connection with such action or remedies.
The Affected Party shall promptly notify the Unaffected Party in writing of such event of Force Majeure and such notice shall include an estimation of the approximate period of suspension.
If a force majeure event extends for a period in excess of thirty (30) days in the aggregate, the Unaffected Party may immediately terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the Affected Party.
If an event of Force Majeure continues for more than thirty (30) days after the date of the notice referred to in clause 9.2.2 then the Unaffected Party shall be entitled to terminate by giving not less than thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Affected Party to that effect.
