Non-Affected Party definition

Non-Affected Party means, so long as there is only one Affected Party, the other party.
Non-Affected Party has the meaning specified in Section 16.1.

Examples of Non-Affected Party in a sentence

  • If the Force Majeure Event continues for a period of more than 90 days from the date of the Notice of Force Majeure Event, the Non-Affected Party shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Agreement.

  • If the Force Majeure event continues for a period of more than 90 days from the date of the Notice of Force Majeure Event, the Non-Affected Party shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Agreement.
