Unauthorised Overdraft definition

Unauthorised Overdraft means an overdraft which we provide to you subject to Special Conditions on an Account, and which is not a Multi-Currency Pooling Overdraft;
Unauthorised Overdraft means any overdraft on the account no matter how it arises.
Unauthorised Overdraft means where your account is overdrawn in excess of an agreed overdraft or (where there is no agreed overdraft) any overdraft on your account.

More Definitions of Unauthorised Overdraft

Unauthorised Overdraft means at any time the debit balance of the Current Account and in case there is an authorized debit on the Current Account in accordance with the relevant Overdraft Loan Agreement, such debit balance amount on the Current Account by which the debit balance on the Current Account exceeds the amount of the authorised debit in accordance with the relevant Overdraft Loan Agreement. In the Agreement:
Unauthorised Overdraft means an overdraft where you have exceeded any approved overdraft limit or, you have gone overdrawn and do not have any approved overdraft limit.
Unauthorised Overdraft means where your account is overdrawn in excess of the overdraft limit or (where the overdraft limit is withdrawn) any overdraft on your account;
