Uncertificated REMIC Interests. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Uncertificated REMIC Interests. The REMIC regular interests issued by the Master REMIC in uncertificated form as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Uncertificated REMIC Interests. The Class 1-A-3, Class 1-A-4, Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-3, Class 2-A-4, Class 3-A-2, Class 3-A-3 and Class 4-A-2 Certificates.

Uncertificated REMIC Interests. The rights created under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to the Class 1-A14, Class 1-A15, Class 1-A17, and Class 1-A21 Certificates (without giving effect to any issuance of Exchangeable Certificates pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement), which rights are deposited in the trust created pursuant to this Trust Agreement.
