Uncertificated Subscription Receipt definition

Uncertificated Subscription Receipt means any Subscription Receipt which is not a Certificated Subscription Receipt;
Uncertificated Subscription Receipt means any Depository held Subscription Receipt which is not a Certificated Subscription Receipt; and “Written Request of the Company” and “Certificate of the Company” mean a written order, request, consent, direction and certificate, respectively, signed in the name of the Company by any director or officer of the Company or by any other individual to whom such signing authority is delegated by the directors from time to time, and may consist of one or more instruments so executed, respectively.
Uncertificated Subscription Receipt means any Subscription Receipt that is issued by electronic delivery to CDS, or its nominee, for the purpose of being held by or on behalf of CDS;
