Uncommitted Volumes definition

Uncommitted Volumes means volumes of Crude Petroleum received in a month by Carrier for transportation on the Pipeline: (i) for any Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper; and (ii) for a Committed Shipper that are in excess of the product of such Committed Shipper’s Committed Volume and the number of days in such month, but does not include Make-up Volumes.
Uncommitted Volumes means: (i) volumes of Light Condensate received by Carrier for transportation for a Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper; and (ii) volumes of Light Condensate received by Carrier for transportation for a Committed Shipper in a month that are in excess of such Committed Shipper's Monthly Volume.
Uncommitted Volumes means: (i) volumes of Diluent received by Carrier for transportation for a Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper; (ii) volumes of Diluent received by Carrier for transportation for a Committed Shipper in a month that are in excess of the product of such Committed Shipper’s Committed Volume and the number of days in such month, and (iii) volumes of Diluent received by Carrier for transportation for a Committed Shipper prior to the applicable shipper commencement date provided for in its TSA.

Uncommitted Volumes means volume of Product included in a Nomination by a Shipper for transportation on the Pipeline that is not subject to a committed rate under a TSA.
