Uncommitted Shipper definition

Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper.
Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Priority Shipper.
Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Priority Shipper and that is entitled to Uncommitted Service.

  • To the extent an Uncommitted Shipper does not meet the foregoing eligibility requirements, it shall be treated as a New Shipper for prorationing purposes.

  • An Uncommitted Shipper that fails to use all of its allocated System Capacity during a Proration Month shall have its allocation of System Capacity reduced in each subsequent Proration Month until the total reductions equal the amount of the deficiency.

More Definitions of Uncommitted Shipper

Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that has not executed a Transportation Services Agreement to be a Priority Shipper or a Committed Shipper.
Uncommitted Shipper means (i) a Shipper that is not a Term Shipper; and (ii) a Term Shipper in respect of any volumes of Petroleum Nominated by that Term Shipper in excess of its Monthly Volume.
Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper who has not entered into a ship or pay contract with each of the Carriers designating such Shipper as a Committed Joint Incentive Shipper.
