Underlying Customer definition

Underlying Customer means any Underlying Customer agreed by us from time to time on behalf of which you are to enter as agent into Transactions with us; and where an Underlying Customer does not constitute a single legal person, means the individuals or other persons who are the primary representatives of the organisation on whose behalf they are dealing.Annex 8 Custody Services
Underlying Customer means any Person or Persons that are obligors in respect of any PSA by and between such Underlying Customer and Borrower (or any Series thereof).

Related to Underlying Customer
