Underlying Warrant definition

Underlying Warrant means the Subordinated Voting Share purchase warrant of the Company of which one- half forms part of the Qualified Unit. Each Underlying Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional Warrant Share at CAD$0.25 per Warrant Share for one year following the date of issuance;
Underlying Warrant means one common share purchase warrant, each being exercisable to acquire one Common Share for a period of 36 months following the Closing Date at a price of $1.50 per Common Share;
Underlying Warrant means the warrant or warrants specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Upon exercise of the Underlying Warrants, the Company shall forthwith issue to the registered Holder of any such Underlying Warrant in his name or in such name as may be directed by him, certificates for the number of shares of Common Stock so purchased.
