Upon exercise of the Underlying Warrants, the Company shall forthwith issue to the registered Holder of any such Underlying Warrant in his name or in such name as may be directed by him, certificates for the number of shares of Common Stock so purchased.
Thereafter, the Underlying Warrants shall be exercisable at such adjusted Underlying Warrant exercise price for such adjusted number of underlying shares of Common Stock or other securities, properties or rights.
