Undertaking Letters definition

Undertaking Letters means, collectively, the letter agreement dated the date hereof between Eco Telecom and the Issuer relating to certain obligations of Eco Telecom and the letter agreement dated the date hereof between Telenor and the Issuer relating to certain obligations of Telenor.

Undertaking Letters means the letters of undertaking from SEAG and the Company to Lucid Agency Services Limited as agent, each dated 6 May 2018 (as amended and/or restated from time to time) in connection with each of:
