Underwriting Information definition

Underwriting Information has the meaning given to such term in Section 8(b) hereof.

Underwriting Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 17.3 hereof;

Underwriting Information means the information obtained from a consumer or from a third party provider of information which is used in underwriting an application processed by Customer or its Affiliates which may or may not be a “consumer report,” as that term is defined in the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act or any other applicable federal or state law.

Examples of Underwriting Information in a sentence

• The Reinsurer reserves the right to request any available Underwriting Information on any reinstatement.

• The Issuer and IOS Capital acknowledge that the statements set forth in the second, third, fifth and sixth paragraphs under the heading "Underwriting" in the Prospectus Supplement constitute the only information furnished in writing by or on behalf of the Underwriters for inclusion in the Registration Statement and the Final Prospectus (the "Underwriting Information"), and each of you with respect to yourself confirm that such statements are correct.

• If the policy being reinstated was reinsured on a facultative basis under this Agreement and the reinstatement occurs sixty (60) days or more after the policy has lapsed or terminated, copies of the application for reinstatement, any personal declaration or medical examination, and any other underwriting documents (collectively, "Underwriting Information") shall be forwarded by the Ceding Company to the Reinsurer, together with the request for reinstatement of the reinsurance.

• The first sentence of this Section 1(a)(iii) shall not apply to the Underwriting Information.

• The foregoing sentence does not apply to statements in or omissions from any Permitted Free Writing Prospectus in reliance upon, and in conformity with, written information furnished to the Company through the Representatives by or on behalf of any Underwriter specifically for inclusion therein which the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement is limited to the Underwriting Information.

More Definitions of Underwriting Information

Underwriting Information means the documentation provided to the Insurers by the Insured with respect to the subject matter of this Policy.

Underwriting Information means, for each Satellite, the documentation with respect to each Satellite provided to Insurers by the Insured and/or Satellite manufacturer.

Underwriting Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 17.3 hereof. Other terms which are defined elsewhere in this Agreement have the meanings so ascribed.

This indemnity will be in addition to any liability that the Company may otherwise have.
