Underwriting Procedures definition

Underwriting Procedures means the underwriting procedures of Ford Credit relating to retail installment sale contracts originated or purchased by Ford Credit as the procedures may change.
Underwriting Procedures means the underwriting procedures of the Originators, as established by Cellco, relating to device payment plan agreements originated by the Originators, as such underwriting procedures may be amended or modified from time to time.
Underwriting Procedures means the underwriting requirements of Bank to be used by UNI in reviewing all Loan Applications on behalf of Bank, as set forth in Exhibit B.
