Undocumented Workers definition

Undocumented Workers means individuals who, at the time of employment with the Companies, are not: (i) lawfully admitted for permanent residence to the United States or are not authorized under law to be employed in that manner in the United States; and (ii) such other Persons as are included within the definition of undocumented workers pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1324a (f) or any other applicable law or regulation.
