Worker Called in After 11PM - A Maintenance Day Worker called in to work after 11PM will receive time off with pay within the same calendar day, equal to the time worked between 11PM and 7AM (i.e. Hour for hour) provided they are scheduled to work the next day shift in the calendar day.
Any Day Worker required to work more than one (1) hour beyond the end of their regular scheduled eight (8) hour shift, shall be furnished a meal ticket at the expense of the Company.
When a Day Worker is required to report for work in accordance with (a), (b) or (c) above, they shall receive one (1) additional Call Time payment if the initial call-in was to perform emergency work and they are then required to perform any work other than that which necessitated the call-in.
