Unemployment compensation information means information in the records of the commission that pertains to the administration of Subtitle A, including any information collected, received, developed, or maintained in the administration of unemployment compensation benefits or the unemployment compensation tax system.
Unemployment compensation information means information pertaining to benefits paid under state and federal unemployment compensation programs and reported to the NDNH pursuant to subsections 453A(g)(2)(B)and 453(e)(3) and (i)(1) of the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. §§ 653a(g)(2)(B) and 653(e)(3) and (i)(1).
