Uniform Pay Plan definition

Uniform Pay Plan means a pay plan wherein the pay structure and administrative rules are uniformly applicable to all agencies for positions of the Classified Service.
Uniform Pay Plan means a pay plan which is uniform in all respects within the department for positions in the Classified Service.
