Unit of Fiscal Integrity definition

Unit of Fiscal Integrity means a unit created within the New Jersey State Police and Office of the Attorney General by Section 70 of the Educational Facilities Financing and Construction Act, P.L. 2000, c. 72.
Unit of Fiscal Integrity or “BFO” means the Division of Criminal Justice, Bureau of Fiscal Oversight, a unit created within the Office of the Attorney General by Section 70 of the Educational Facilities Financing and Construction Act, P.L. 2000, c. 72.
