United States Trustee Statutory Fees definition

United States Trustee Statutory Fees means the quarterly fees due to the United States Trustee under 28 U.S.C § 1930(a)(6), plus any interest due and payable under 31 U.S.C. § 3717 on all disbursements, including Plan payments and disbursements in and outside the ordinary course of the Debtors’ or Reorganized Debtors’ business (or such amount agreed to with the United States Trustee or ordered by the Bankruptcy Court).
