CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Air charter service means an air carrier operation which requires the customer to
Company Charter means the certificate of incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Charter school means a school established pursuant to P.L.1995, c.426 (C.18A:36A-1 et seq.). "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection.
Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.
Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect as of the Effective Date.
Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.
Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
Certificate of approval means a certificate of approval obtained from the
Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.
Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.
Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.
Parent Charter means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as from time to time amended.
Public charter school means a public school that:
Certificate of Arrangement means the certificate of arrangement to be issued by the Director pursuant to subsection 192(7) of the CBCA in respect of the Articles of Arrangement;
Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
Charter Assignment means a specific assignment of any Extended Employment Contract required to be executed hereunder by either Owner in favour of the Bank (including any notices and/or acknowledgements and/or undertakings associated therewith) in such form as the Bank may require in its sole discretion;
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(a).
