The word “Contributions” may refer collectively to University Contributions and Elective Deferrals, as the context requires.
During the period such person does not meet the definition of an Eligible Employee under Section 2.17(a), but is still employed by the University, no further University Contributions shall be made on behalf of such Participant; provided that such person may continue to make Elective Deferrals if he or she satisfies the eligibility requirements of Section 2.17(b).
An Employee eligible to receive University Contributions who voluntarily resigns from employment in good standing and is subsequently reemployed shall be eligible to become a Participant as of the date of reemployment, provided such Employee satisfies the definition of Eligible Employee as set forth in Section 2.17(a) at the time of reemployment.
Each Eligible Employee (as defined in Section 2.17(a)) shall automatically become a Participant for purposes of receiving University Contributions on the Entry Date coinciding with or, if later, next following completion of an Eligibility Period.
