Each Eligible Employee (as defined in Section 2.17(a)) shall automatically become a Participant for purposes of receiving University Contributions on the Entry Date coinciding with or, if later, next following completion of an Eligibility Period.

An Employee eligible to receive University Contributions who voluntarily resigns from employment in good standing and is subsequently reemployed shall be eligible to become a Participant as of the date of reemployment, provided such Employee satisfies the definition of Eligible Employee as set forth in Section 2.17(a) at the time of reemployment.
