University Equipment definition

University Equipment means any equipment to be used by the Client for the Client Event and as further described in the Booking Sheet or such other equipment that the University subsequently confirms in writing as being covered by the Booking.
University Equipment means the University’s instruments, refrigerators for sample storage and other small wet chemistry equipment used for sample preparations. "University Intellectual Property" means, individually and collectively, all University inventions, improvements and/or discoveries whether or not patentable or copyrightable, that are conceived and/or made by the University as a direct result of performing the Project, whether or not utilized or otherwise incorporated into the Project.
University Equipment means any and all equipment such that is temporarily provided by the University for use by the Service Provider in performing the Services;
