Unlawful debt means any money or other thing of value constituting principal or interest
Unlawful discrimination means any complaint of unlawful discrimination based on a category protected under Title 5, section 59300, including sexual harassment and retaliation.
unlawful activity means activities that violate the laws of this state, including but not limited to any activity that violates a state criminal statute.
Unlawful means not specifically authorized by law.
Illegal drug means a controlled substance; but does not include a controlled substance that is legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under that Act or under any other provision of Federal law.
Illegal drugs means a controlled substance except for those legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under the Controlled Substances Act or any other federal law.
Unlawful conduct means the same as that term is defined in Sections 58-1-501 and 58-17b-501.
Criminal drug statute means a Federal or non-Federal criminal statute involving the manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of any controlled substance.
Illegal product means any product derived in whole or in part from illegal oil or illegal gas.
Level of Government means the national and county level of government;
Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.
Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and any program, whether governmental or private (such as those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.
FD&C Act means the United States Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended.
Abortion-inducing drug means a drug, medicine, mixture, or preparation, when it is prescribed or administered with the intent to terminate the pregnancy of a woman known to be pregnant.
Loss of Government property means unintended, unforeseen or accidental loss, damage or destruction to Government property that reduces the Government’s expected economic benefits of the property. Loss of Government property does not include purposeful destructive testing, obsolescence, normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects. Loss of Government property includes, but is not limited to—
FFDCA means the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq., as amended from time to time, together with any rules, regulations and requirements promulgated thereunder (including all additions, supplements, extensions, and modifications thereto).
Narcotic drug means any of the following, whether produced directly or indirectly by extraction from substances of vegetable origin, or independently by means of chemical synthesis, or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis:
Invalid Drug Test means the result of a drug test for an oral fluid specimen that contains an unidentified adulterant, or an unidentified substance, that has abnormal physical characteristics, or that has an endogenous substance at an abnormal concentration preventing the laboratory from completing or obtaining a valid drug test result.
Public health authority means an agency or authority of the United States, a state, a territory, a political subdivision of a state or territory, an Indian tribe, or a foreign government, or a person or entity acting under a grant of authority from or contract with such public agency, including the employees or agents of such public agency or its contractors or persons or entities to whom it has granted authority, that is responsible for public health matters as part of its official mandate.
Generic Drug means a Prescription Drug that is medically equivalent to a Brand Name Drug as determined by the FDA. It meets the same standards as a Brand Name Drug for purity, safety, strength and effectiveness and is manufactured and sold under its chemical, common, or official name.
Dangerous drug means any of the following:
Dishonest or Fraudulent Act means any dishonest or fraudulent act, including “larceny and embezzlement” as defined in Section 37 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, committed with the conscious manifest intent (1) to cause the Insured to sustain a loss and (2) to obtain financial benefit for the perpetrator or any other person (other than salaries, commissions, fees, bonuses, awards, profit sharing, pensions or other employee benefits). A Dishonest or Fraudulent Act does not mean or include a reckless act, a negligent act, or a grossly negligent act.
Public Health Laws means all applicable Laws relating to the development, pre-clinical testing, clinical testing, manufacture, production, analysis, distribution, importation, exportation, use, handling, quality, sale or promotion of any drug, biologic or medical device (including any ingredient or component of the foregoing products) intended for any medical or clinical use subject to regulation under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq.) or similar federal, state or foreign Laws.
Unit of government means a city, village, township, charter township, and any duly authorized and established combinations thereof, within or without the county establishing any of the improvements, facilities, or services authorized under this act.
Controlled Substances Act means the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. Sections 801 et seq.), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute.
