Administrative Regulations. The members may implement this Agreement through administrative regulations, resolution and decisions, all of which shall be binding on the members.
Administrative Regulations. The issuance of the shares of Common Stock pursuant to the exercise of this Option is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, including without limitation, laws governing withholding from employees and non-resident aliens for income tax purposes.
Administrative Regulations. The Association acknowledges the Administrative Rules and Regulations providing such Rules and Regulations do not conflict with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement. The Association shall be notified of any changes to the Rules and Regulations.
Administrative Regulations a. Catastrophic Leave Bank days shall not be used for illness or disability which qualifies the participant for Workers’ Compensation benefits.
b. Catastrophic Leave Days shall not be considered available leave for the purpose of qualifying for STRS disability.
c. The District shall maintain on file the Catastrophic Leave Bank, and days donated and distributed shall be done on District forms.
d. The District shall keep all records confidential and shall not disclose the nature of the illness or injury except when necessary to process the request for withdrawal.
e. This policy shall be implemented on a non-discriminatory basis so long as the certificated employee, or the certificated employee’s family member, suffers from a catastrophic illness or injury. The District, in consultation with the Association, approves the request.
f. Donations made to the Catastrophic Sick Leave Bank are strictly voluntary, and only members who have donated days can withdraw from the bank.
g. After forty (40) days have been exhausted, the employee can apply for income protection if the illness is related to the employee themselves.
h. If at any time the Bank falls low of days, below ten (10), a new open enrollment can be established, and all certificated employees will be notified and given thirty (30) days to donate.
Administrative Regulations. The Village Manager may develop administrative regulations to implement this provision. (42 U.S.C. 2000e(k); 29 U.S.C. 2601, et seq.; 775 ILCS 5/1-101, et seq.; 56 Ill. Admin. Code 5210.110; 105 ILCS 5/10-22.4, 24.6 and 24-13).

The Option shall be exercised in accordance with such administrative regulations as the Options Subcommittee of the Management Development and Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors shall from time to time adopt to the extent not inconsistent with the Plan.

Administrative Regulations a. The Employer shall negotiate the amount of remuneration to be allowed for each supplemental contract. This is to be regarded as pay for extra duty and responsibility and not a part of the tenure contract.
b. The points to be assigned to any new extra duty position established by the Employer during the duration of this Agreement shall be negotiated.
c. All pay for extra duty shall be paid separately from a Bargaining Unit member’s regular pay utilizing direct deposit. However, any Bargaining Unit member who opts out of direct deposit in accordance with Section 201.10.2 hereinabove may also opt out of direct deposit for purposes of extra duty pay.
d. The Employer reserves the right to withhold any remuneration for supplemental contract activity upon the Superintendent’s recommendation, which is based upon neglect of duty, unsatisfactory work, or failure to fulfill all obligations and responsibilities for the assignment. When such a recommendation is to be made by the Superintendent, s/he will provide the affected Bargaining Unit member with a written list of charges and with an opportunity for a conference to discuss the charges.
e. Bargaining Unit members holding “School Employees’ Supplemental Contract” will be paid as outlined on the supplemental contract, as indicated in Appendix D.
f. Any coach/sponsor who has not already received the "bonus" plan agreed to in the Collective Bargaining Agreement of 1993-1998, shall receive a one
(1) point bonus at the end of every five (5) years of coaching, advising, etc., in the same activity or sport to a maximum of five (5) points (i.e., at the end of the fifth year a person shall receive a bonus of one (1) point in addition to their salary per this Agreement. At the end of the tenth year, two (2) points; at the end of the fifteenth year, three (3) points; at the end of the twentieth year, four (4) points; and at the end of the twenty-fifth (25) year, five (5) points of the point value per this Agreement). These bonuses will be paid for the years stated only.
g. The monetary value for supplemental contract points will be $600 in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, $610 in 2016-2017 and $620 in 2017-2018. The point value assigned each extra duty position shall be as indicated on the attached schedule under the column heading of "points."

Administrative Regulations. When an administrative regulation is required to implement School Committee policy that directly affects wages, hours or other terms and conditions of employment, the Superintendent will notify the Association, in writing, of the proposed regulation, inviting the recommendations of the Association on the matter, ten (10) days before the issuance of the regulation.
