Unlisted Species definition

Unlisted Species means a species (including a subspecies, or a distinct population segment of a vertebrate species) that is not listed as endangered or threatened under the ESA.
Unlisted Species means a species that is not listed as endangered or threatened under the ESA as of the Effective Date.
Unlisted Species means a Species that is not a Listed Species.
