Unregulated contaminants definition

Unregulated contaminants means a group of contaminants for which state drinking water standards have not been promulgated, but for which monitoring requirements apply.

  • Contaminants or "pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law and (c) any other substance exposure to which is regulated under any Environmental Law.
