UNREMARKETED NOTES definition

UNREMARKETED NOTES means any Notes tendered for remarketing, but not successfully remarketed, in connection with the occurrence of a Failed Remarketing.
UNREMARKETED NOTES has the meaning given to it in the Conditional Purchase Agreement.
UNREMARKETED NOTES means, in relation to each Transfer Date, all of the Tendered Notes Outstanding on such Transfer Date for which the Remarketing Bank has not identified purchasers in accordance with its obligations in the Remarketing Agreement. On the Transfer Date occurring in August 2010, Unremarketed Notes will comprise all of the Outstanding Class A Notes (other than Class A Notes held by the Conditional Purchaser).
