Unresponsive Submission means a Submission that does not comply with all requirements, terms, and conditions of a Solicitation Document and this Rule.
Responsive means a Proposal that has substantially complied in all material respects with the criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.
Responsive and Responsible Bidder means an entity or individual that has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the Invitation to Bid and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. “Responsive and Responsible Vendor” means an entity or individual that has submitted a proposal, reply, or response that conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. In determining whether an entity or individual is a Responsive and Responsible Bidder (or Vendor), the District may consider, in addition to factors described in the Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation, the following:
Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.
Responsive Offeror means the Offeror who submits a Proposal that conforms in all material respects to this Request for Proposals, Instruction to Offerors and the Plans and Specifications which are incorporated herein by this reference.
Non-responsive means failure to furnish complete information in a given format and manner required as per the tender documents or non-submission of tender offer in given Forms / Pro forma or not following procedure mentioned in this tender or any of required details or documents is missing or not clear or not submitted in the prescribed format or non submission of tender fee on EMD.
Substantially Responsive Bid means the bid that contains no material differences or deviations from, or reservations to, the terms, conditions and specifications given in the bidding documents;
Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects
Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;
Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:
Urgent means the onset of symptoms requiring attention within 48 hours to prevent a serious deterioration in an individual's mental or physical health or threat to safety.
Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.
Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
