Unsecured Facility definition

Unsecured Facility means the unsecured revolving credit facility described and defined in Section 2.01(b).
Unsecured Facility has the meaning given to the term “Facility” (or equivalent) in any Unsecured Facilities Agreement.
Unsecured Facility means a facility that is kept, used, maintained, advertised, or held out to the public as an Alzheimer's, dementia, or special memory care facility without restricting devices to restrict residents from freely exiting the building.

More Definitions of Unsecured Facility

Unsecured Facility means the Facility under which the portion of the Credit described in subsection 2.1.2 is available.
