Upfront Sales Load definition

Upfront Sales Load means any upfront selling commission, dealer manager fee or other similar placement fees paid to the Trust or the Trust’s dealer manager with respect to the Trust’s Class D Shares, Class I Shares or Class S Shares.
Upfront Sales Load shall have the meaning set forth in the Declaration of Trust.

  • Further, if Dealer has retained a Upfront Sales Load in connection with an order that is subsequently rejected, canceled or rescinded for any reason, Dealer agrees to return to the subscriber any Upfront Sales Load theretofore retained by Dealer with respect to such order within three (3) days following mailing of notice to Dealer by the Intermediary Manager stating the amount owed as a result of rescinded or rejected subscriptions.

Related to Upfront Sales Load

  • Sales Load means front end load deducted at the time of investment or back end load charged at the time of redemption from Scheme. However, the load charged upon redemption and which forms part of the Scheme property shall not classify as sales load. An Asset Management Company may charge sales load maximum upto 3% of the NAV per unit and may charge sales load maximum upto 1.5% of the NAV per unit where transactions are done online or through a website.

  • Milestone Payments means payments made in connection with any Permitted Acquisition or other acquisition (including any license or the acquisition of any license) of any rights in respect of any drug or other pharmaceutical product (and any related property or assets) to sellers (or licensors) of the assets or Equity Interests acquired (or licensed) therein based on the achievement of specified revenue, profit or other performance targets (financial or otherwise).

  • Milestone Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Sales Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
