UPI Facility means the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Service based electronic fund transfer and fund collection facility provided by Bandhan Bank Limited to its Customers through the NPCI’s UPI System as per the Guidelines.

Examples of UPI Facility in a sentence

  • The Customer will remain responsible for all the transactions made through the UPI Facility until the time of such termination.

  • The facility may be suspended due to maintenance or repair work or any breakdown in the Network/Hardware/ Software for UPI Facility, any emergency or for security reasons without prior notice and bank shall not be responsible for any losses/damages to the Users.

  • All the records of SIB generated by the transactions arising out of the use of the UPI Facility, including the time the transaction is recorded shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of the transaction.

  • It is acknowledged and accepted that the User shall not assign / transfer or permit usage of the UPI Facility on the Citi Mobile App or on any 3rd Party PSP App or on the BHIM UPI Common App facility standing in his / her name to any other person / third party.

  • UPI Facility offers an instant, interbank electronic fund transfer or fund collection service to the Customers.

  • SIB does not hold out any warranty and makes no representation about the quality of the UPI Facility.
