US Companies definition

US Companies means companies whose seat or registered office is in the United States or that conduct a predominant portion of their activities in the United States;
US Companies has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraphs of this Agreement.
US Companies means all Companies which are incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States or a state thereof.

  • Each of the U.S. Companies and each of its Subsidiaries is in compliance in all material respects with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended and the U.S. Companies and each Subsidiary has procedures and internal controls reasonably designed to ensure compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt practices Act of 1977, as amended.

US Companies means companies organised or performing a preponderant part of their business in the United States and whose securities are traded in the United States;
