US Companies definition

US Companies means companies whose seat or registered office is in the United States or that conduct a predominant portion of their activities in the United States;
US Companies has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraphs of this Agreement.
US Companies means all Companies which are incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States or a state thereof.

  • The U.S. Companies and the U.K. Company shall contribute to (and, if necessary, reimburse each other for) any such required payments in such proportions.

US Companies means companies organised or performing a preponderant part of their business in the United States and whose securities are traded in the United States;
