US Revolving Notes definition

US Revolving Notes has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).
US Revolving Notes means the promissory notes of the Company in favor of each of the U.S. Revolving Lenders evidencing the U.S. Revolving Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
US Revolving Notes means those certain revolving promissory notes in the aggregate original principal amount of $75,000,000, one issued by the U.S. Borrower to each of the U.S. Lenders issuing a U.S. Revolving Commitment that requests a promissory note, in accordance with each such U.S. Lender's U.S. Revolving Commitment, each one substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and any extensions, modifications, renewals, endorsements or replacements of or amendments to any of the foregoing.

More Definitions of US Revolving Notes

US Revolving Notes means the promissory notes executed by US Borrower payable to the order of each US Lender, respectively, in substantially the form of Exhibit “A”, properly completed, as the same may be renewed, extended or modified and all promissory notes executed in renewal, extension, modification or substitution thereof.
US Revolving Notes means collectively (a) those certain promissory notes in the original aggregate principal amount of $100,000,000.00 dated as of November 21, 2006, defined as the “US Revolving Notes” in the Credit Agreement, maturing on November 21, 2011, executed by US Borrower and payable to the order of US Lenders, respectively, and (b) all extensions, renewals and modifications thereof and all other notes given in substitution therefor.
US Revolving Notes means the promissory note or notes of US Borrower in substantially the form of Exhibit D, issued to evidence the US Revolving Loan (if any).

  • Revolving Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower in favor of each of the Lenders evidencing the Revolving Loans provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.

  • Revolver Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Revolver Advances, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals, substitutions and supplements thereto or replacements thereof and “Revolver Note” means any one of such Revolver Notes.

The amount of each Lender’s U.S. Revolving Commitment, if any, is set forth on Schedule 1.01(c) or in the applicable Assignment Agreement or Joinder Agreement, as applicable, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the U.S. Revolving Commitments as of the Closing Date is $265,000,000.

  • U.S. Revolving Credit Commitment means, (a) with respect to each Lender that is a Lender on the Closing Date, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 1.1(c) as such Lender’s “US Revolving Credit Commitment” and (b) in the case of any Lender that becomes a Lender after the Closing Date, the amount specified as such Lender’s “US Revolving Credit Commitment” in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which such Lender assumed a portion of the US Total Revolving Credit Commitment, in each case of the same may be changed from time to time pursuant to terms hereof. The aggregate amount of the US Revolving Credit Commitment as of the Closing Date is $100,000,000.

  • Existing Revolving Credit Class shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).

  • Revolving Loan Obligations means any Obligations with respect to the Revolving Loans (including without limitation, the principal thereof, the interest thereon, and the fees and expenses specifically related thereto).
