USD Interest Collection Account definition

USD Interest Collection Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.02(a).
USD Interest Collection Account means the account(s) designated as the "USD Interest Collection Account" established by the Securities Intermediary and set forth on the Transaction Schedule for the deposit of Interest Proceeds denominated in USD, and any successor accounts established in connection with the resignation or removal of the Securities Intermediary.
USD Interest Collection Account for the deposit of USD in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties. “USD Principal Collection Account”: A collective reference to each Securities Account (and any sub-account) created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “USD Principal Collection Account” for the deposit of USD in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties. “USD Required Advance Reduction Amount”: As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the greater of (a)(i) Advances Outstanding denominated in USD on such day minus (ii) the USD Borrowing Base on such day and (b) zero. “USD Unfunded Exposure Account”: A collective reference to each Securities Account (and any sub-account) created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “USD Unfunded Exposure Account” for the deposit of USD in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties. “USD Weighted Average Advance Rate”: As of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Portfolio Assets denominated in Dollars on such date, (a) the sum of the products for each such Eligible Portfolio Asset of (i) such Eligible Portfolio Asset’s Advance Rate and (ii) such Eligible Portfolio Asset’s OLB minus the portion (if any) of such Eligible Portfolio Asset’s OLB that is included in the Excess Concentration Amount divided by (b) the sum for each such Eligible Portfolio Asset of each such Eligible Portfolio Asset’s OLB minus the portion (if any) of such Eligible Portfolio Asset’s OLB that is included in the Excess Concentration Amount on such date, provided that the USD Weighted Average Advance Rate for the Portfolio shall not, at any time, exceed the Maximum Advance Rate. “U.S. Bank”: The meaning specified in the Preamble. “U.S. Government Securities Business Day”: Any day except for (a) a Saturday, (b) a Sunday or (c) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association BUSINESS.32224493.

Other than any interest or profits earned on such investments, the Prepayment Accounts shall not bear interest. Interest or profits, if any, on the investments in any Prepayment Account shall accumulate in such Prepayment Account until all outstanding Loans of any applicable Class with respect to which amounts have been deposited in the Prepayment Accounts have been prepaid in full, at which time so much thereof as is not required to make payment of the Senior Credit Obligations which have become due and payable (whether by scheduled maturity, acceleration or otherwise) shall be withdrawn by the Collateral Agent on the next Business Day following the day on which the Collateral Agent considers the funds deposited therein to be collected funds and disbursed to the Borrower or its order. If the maturity of the Loans has been accelerated pursuant to Section 8.02, the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion, cause the Collateral Agent to withdraw amounts on deposit in the Prepayment Account for the applicable Class of Loans and, subject to Section 8.03, apply such funds to satisfy the Senior Credit Obligations of the applicable Class or Classes.

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.
