USD Principal Collection Account definition

USD Principal Collection Account has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.01(a).
USD Principal Collection Account means the account(s) designated as the "USD Principal Collection Account" established by the Securities Intermediary and set forth on the Transaction Schedule for the deposit of Principal Proceeds denominated in USD, and any successor accounts established in connection with the resignation or removal of the Securities Intermediary.
USD Principal Collection Account has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.01(a). "U.S. Bank" has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble. "U.S. Bank Agent" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.01.

Examples of USD Principal Collection Account in a sentence

  • If the Lenders are required to make an Advance to the Company as provided in Sections 2.02 and 2.03, then each Lender shall make such Advance on the proposed date thereof by wire transfer of immediately available funds by 12:00 noon (or 3:00 p.m. with respect to the First Advance), New York City time, to the Collateral Agent for deposit to the USD Principal Collection Account.

  • The Company shall notify the obligor (or the relevant agent under the applicable Underlying Instruments) with respect to each Portfolio Investment to remit all amounts that constitute Principal Proceeds to the USD Principal Collection Account; provided that Principal Proceeds denominated in a Permitted Non-USD Currency shall be deposited into the applicable Permitted Non-USD Currency Account.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Parent may, from time to time in its sole discretion, (x) deposit amounts in U.S. dollars into the USD Principal Collection Account, and/or (y) transfer Portfolio Investments approved in writing by the Administrative Agent (in its sole discretion) as equity contributions to the Company pursuant to the Sale Agreement.

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, with respect to any --------------------------------- Monthly Period, the product of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period, (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class B Floating Percentage and the Collateral Floating Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsections 4.12(a) and (b) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Collateral Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Collateral Interest after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Collections retained or deposited in the Principal Account for Series 2009-VFN pursuant to clause 5.1(b)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Inc., Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass- Thrxxxx Xxrtificates, Series 2003-1 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
