USDA Regulations definition

USDA Regulations means the regulations promulgated by the USDA under the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009, as amended from time to time and codified in 7 Code of Federal Regulations, and other USDA issuances relating to USDA Loans, including the related handbooks, circulars, notices and mortgagee letters.
