Use Information definition

Use Information means information concerning how Users use ABCI (types and amounts of resources and programs used); and “Performance Information” shall mean information concerning program performance (CPU, GPU, utilization factor of memory, and others.)
Use Information means all information relating to Your use, testing, or evaluation of the Web Services Pros API, including all observations or information regarding the performance, features, and functionality of the Web Services Pros API, Web Services Pros API Materials, or API Integrations.
Use Information means data derived from Customer’s or its Authorized Usersuse of the Services or data related to Customer’s relationship with Polygon (including Registration Data and Feedback) that are used by Polygon for billing and account administration and to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision, operation, and improvement of the Services.

  • Upon termination under this section or under any other provision of this Agreement, Subscriber shall immediately return or destroy any Public Use Information accessed through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠ and Subscriber shall also be responsible for ensuring that all Permitted Users immediately return or destroy any Public Use Information accessed through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠.

  • Subscriber shall not duplicate, download, publish, publicly display, modify or otherwise distribute the Public Use Information accessed through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠ for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Subscriber (a) shall not provide the Public Use Information accessed by Subscriber through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠ to any person or entity other than End Users, and (b) shall limit the use and dissemination of the Public Use Information accessed by Subscriber through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠ solely to use(s) set forth in Section 3(ii).

  • Additionally, SRR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the terms and conditions for use of the Public Use Information at any time.

  • SRR shall have the right to handle the defense and settlement of any third-party claim arising from, or in any way related to, a Permitted User’s use of Public Use Information (or to any third party receiving information from or through Subscriber) accessed through NMLS B2B ACCESS℠, using counsel of SRR’s own choosing.

Related to Use Information

  • Service Information means information concerning the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with Clause 32.1 for inclusion in the Authority's catalogue and/or any Beneficiary's catalogue from time to time;

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Tangible Information means information that is contained in written, electronic or other tangible forms.

  • Due Diligence Information means any information supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer prior to the Call Off Commencement Date;

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. XXXX accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Data Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

  • Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus. This indemnity agreement will be in addition to any liability that the Company might otherwise have.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.
