User fee facility means a facility where the development or operation of the facility is wholly or partially funded with user fees;

Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.
Eligible facility means a gas-fired electric generation facility with a nominal capacity of 1,000 MW or less.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State. Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:
approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Available Facility means, in relation to a Facility, the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment in respect of that Facility.
Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.
Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

Exit ABL Facility means the asset-based revolving credit facility provided for under the Exit ABL Credit Agreement.
Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.
Marijuana cultivation facility means an entity licensed to cultivate, prepare, and package marijuana and sell marijuana to retail marijuana stores, to marijuana product manufacturing facilities, and to other marijuana cultivation facilities, but not to consumers.
