User Pack definition

User Pack means a maximum number of users permitted to use Software.
User Pack means the number of developer Active User licenses licensed. Client is allowed to reassign developer licenses to different Users without limitation as long as the number of Active Users does not exceed the number licensed at any time during the Order Form Term.

  • If you have obtained a Paid License to either the Progress Telerik Test Studio Ultimate Product, Progress Telerik Test Studio Load Product, and/or have purchased additional Licenses to use the Progress Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product licenses, then your Authorized Users may use the Progress Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product solely in conjunction with the Test Studio Product for which you have also obtained such Paid License and solely for the duration of the License Term.

  • The Progress Telerik Test Studio Ultimate Product and Progress Telerik Test Studio Load Product each include a limited number of licenses for the use of the Progress Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product, additional licenses for the Progress Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product may also be purchased from us.

  • Further use of the Enterprise License edition Product is possible only if you purchase the Enterprise License edition together with the User Pack extension for the corresponding number of Authorized users.

  • If you have obtained a Paid License to either the Telerik Test Studio Ultimate Product, Telerik Test Studio Load Product, and/or have purchased additional Licenses to use the Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product licenses, then your Authorized Users may use the Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product solely in conjunction with the Test Studio Product for which you have also obtained such Paid License and solely for the duration of the License Term.

  • If Licensee wants to use the Software with more Users, it must purchase the User Pack allowing it to use such a total higher number of Users.

  • User Pack extension allows a User to use one copy of the Enterprise License edition Product along with the purchased number of additional Authorized Users only until license expiration date.

  • The Telerik Test Studio Ultimate Product and Telerik Test Studio Load Product each include a limited number of licenses for the use of the Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product, additional licenses for the Telerik Test Studio Virtual User Pack Product may also be purchased from us.

  • On receipt of a Medicines Needs Assessment Report form, the following actions are required: Care at Home service (from the Health and Social Care Co-ordinator): place a copy of the report in person’s Service User Pack kept in their home and a copy in the Service User’s office file.

  • When more than one Care at Home worker is involved in a person’s care, they should all check the team communication record and forms in the Service User Pack before carrying out any tasks.
