Order Form Term. Unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise in an Order Form, the Order Form Term in respect of each Order Form (being the period during which the relevant Order Form is live) shall commence on the relevant Order Form Effective Date, and subject to any earlier termination of the Agreement and/or the relevant Order Form, continue for a 12 month period and thereafter shall automatically renew on an annual basis, subject to the Customer’s continued payment of the relevant Charges, unless and until termination or expiry of the Order Form or the Agreement in accordance with its terms.

Order Form Term. The term of each Order Form shall begin on the later of: a) the date listed as “Order Form Effective Date” of the Order Form signed by Customer or b) the date of Customer’s signature of the Order Form (provided that in either instance Affinity contemporaneously signs such Order Form) and shall continue for the number of months set forth therein as “Order Form Term” or otherwise indicated on the Order Form (“Initial Term”) and will continue until (a) it is terminated in accordance with this Agreement; or (b) the Order Form expires, whichever occurs earlier. Unless otherwise expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, each Order Form shall automatically renew for additional successive terms of twelve months (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless and until either Party notifies the other Party in writing at least thirty days prior to the end of the then-current Initial Term or Renewal Term (as applicable) that it has elected not to renew such Order Form (such thirty day period being the “Non-Renewal Period”) at which point the Order Form will expire at the end of the then- current term. Affinity reserves the right to either a) increase the Fees up to five percent, effective upon the renewal of the applicable Order Form or b) increase the Fees greater than five percent so long as Affinity provides Customer at least sixty days’ notice of such increase prior to the end of the then-current Order Form term and such increase shall be effective upon the renewal of the applicable Order Form.

Order Form Term. An Order Form will only renew on written agreement of both MSP and Tines.

To the extent that the Order Form Term with respect to any Services set forth in an Order Form extends beyond the Term of this Agreement, then this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with respect to such Services until the expiration or termination of such Order Form.

Order Form Term. Each Order Form shall commence on the Subscription Start Date and end on the Subscription End Date set forth in such Order Form (the “Order Form Initial Term”). Sparta shall provide electronic notice of the upcoming renewal of the applicable Order Form approximately sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Order Form Initial Term (each such renewal term and subsequent renewal term referred to as a “Order Form Renewal Term"). Unless either Party gives notice of its intent to not renew such Order Form at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Order Form Initial Term or Order Form Renewal Term, the Order Form shall automatically renew for a subsequent twelve (12) month Order Form Renewal Term under the terms of these General Terms and the renewal Order Form, and the then-current Subscription Care Support Policy as posted on the Site.
Order Form Term. Each Order Form shall commence on the relevant Order Form Effective Date and expire on the date set forth therein, unless renewed in accordance with Section 5.4 (Renewal) or terminated in accordance with this Section 6. The expiration or Parties’ termination for any reason of any individual Order Form shall not result in a termination of this Agreement but shall result in only the termination of such Order Form. The provisions of this Agreement relating to the effects of termination shall apply to each Order Form as an independent contract.
Order Form Term. Except as set forth in the Order Form, the term of a particular Order Form shall be for the Initial Terms set forth in such Order Term and shall renew for successive Renewal Term(s) as set forth in Section 3 hereof.
